Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 7-28 business days for most U.S. destinations. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and destination country regulations. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which can be tracked on our website or through www.17track.net. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, and customers will be notified of any significant delays. Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent with details of your purchase and the estimated delivery timeframe.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email service@roomupdecor.com with your order number and photos of the defective item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. We will provide a return address and further instructions.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

For exchanges due to defects or order errors, Roomupdecor covers the return shipping fees. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must be sent via registered mail with tracking, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Order Cancellations
