Paying with a Credit Card

Echowigs accepts secure payments by credit card. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card number or any personal information during the transaction. For any questions regarding your transaction, please contact your card-issuing bank. If your payment fails, refer to the troubleshooting tips below.

Common Reasons for Declined Payments
Your bank or credit card provider can confirm the reason if your payment was declined. Here are some common issues and troubleshooting tips:

Card Limit Reached
Check that your card’s spending limit or per-transaction maximum hasn’t been exceeded.

Ensure your card allows online and international transactions.
Confirm that your bank supports automated billing.
Incorrect Card Information 

Verify your card’s expiration date.
Make sure the credit card number, phone number, and billing address are accurate and match your bank’s records.

Other Errors
Occasionally, specific errors may require assistance from your bank. For more details, contact your bank’s support team, ideally Level 2 support.

How to Resolve Payment Issues
If you encounter a declined payment, we recommend calling your bank or card issuer and asking for Level 2 support. Provide the transaction date, mention Echowigs as the merchant, and share any error codes you received. Request that the bank address any restrictions affecting your transaction.
